I use these two for all the youngsters. All other plants develop nice roots, but hers just seem under developed. Do you think I should get something like that for her?

The silica is for cellular strength or something.

The other stuff I'm not sure what it is. The 2 I use are the dutch pro ones. One is a root stimulator and the other helps the breakdown of dead plant matter.

Are you using a different air stone? If the air is too fierce it can damage the roots.

Nope, same stone I use for everyone. I wonder if the strain is that way? I'll get some root juice.
