Hello All,
I'm not associated with these people in any way, heck, I don't even know where it is made, but I have now grown 4 different Mephisto strains in the same medium and I am getting results like I have never had before, and honestly.... I'm favorably comparing it to DWC results. I'm not blowin' smoke up your ass either.
Of course, that statement is a stretch, no way I'm getting that kind of quantity, right? Well, it's dang close. All I do is drop the germed seed with tail in the mix, in a fabric pot, feed it with Fox Farms trio for soil and Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, and Cha Ching at the appropriate times as per Fox Farms instructions. Grown indoors in a tent, and I keep it pretty close to optimal temps/humidity and I have a DE-HPS 1000 watt grow light. The mix is called "Root Farm Hydro Garden Mix". I got mine at Lowes. Cool thing happened too, I went back to get some more bags for this last grow, the stuff wasn't on the shelves anymore due to season changes, so I found a supervisor and asked her if they still had some. She led me outside to a full pallet of bags, She said how many do you want? I said "How much do you want for them? She said "A dollar a bag?" I said, " I'll take the whole pallet!" That's quiet a deal, because I had been paying a little over $19 a bag.
I guarantee you that you will come back and thank me if you try this stuff. Just wanted to pass it on.

Thanks dude going to check today!

Love how they call it a hydro mix  Damn thing is almost a full on organic soil lol

"sphagnum peat moss, coco coir, aged softwood bark, perlite, worm castings, bat guano, feather meal, bone meal, blood meal, sulfate of potash, kelp meal, and volcanic ash"

Company is owned by scotts miracle-gro :haha:

Thank you for the info, just looked it up at the Root Farm site, is this the same as "Root Farm Hydro Potting Mix"? - i noticed the brand at Canadian Tire stores made by Scotts Miracle-Gro

Just checked about 20 stores around us by at least 50 miles, all stating $14.98/bag. Which is still not a bad cost for a good bag of soil, if indeed it is good. I hope you are more luckier then I with your searching.
