It says on the bottle 1 to 2 days to flush. Do I need to run pure distilled water behind it ? Or just harvest ?

I don't flush, but just use your regular PHed water.
Agree with above. I don't flush either.
Ad: If you want to flush, it's 2 weeks for soil, 1 week for coco. Just use your regular water.
