Without buying it online no, only de-ionised is readily available locally. I looked into this and it seemed pretty conflicting on how safe this is to use, mixed could be ok but still talking about 2 2gal bottles every 3 days makes it do-able but getting it means an hour drive. For something that could do more harm than good.

Plant Magic strikes again.. You should always be concerned about rust spots and leaf fading. What you are most likely seeing is a lock out do to over feeding. Plant Magic (like most bagged soil) has enough available nutrients to get though at least 3 weeks of just water only. Probably longer because it's basically a compost and not really a soul.. I think you've been feeding since day 7.. It takes a couple of weeks for leaf issues to show up, and that's where you are now. The issue with plant magic, is that no one knows what nutrients are in it, or how much. An excess of one single nutrient can "lock out" several others.. The symptoms look exactly like a deficiency, or several deficiencies. There is no easy fix, as everything you try will effect something else. Your goal now should be to slow the spread of the issue and kinda limp to harvest with as many healthy leaves as possible. There is no way to know which nutrients are in excess without a lab soil test.. And no way to remove or lessen just the nutrients in excess. I would try to reduce the feeds and use a schedule similar to feed-plain water-plain water-feed for the next week or two

If a soil or soilless company does not list their ingredients, I wouldn't risk using it. The plant magic issue has been around for years.. If you Google " plant magic soil reviews"you can get an idea of what's out there.

Your tap water could be an issue as well as others have mentioned. 300ppm of just calcium is crazy high. Regular drinking water has about 40-50 ppms of calcium. Too much calcium will lock out magnesium and phosphorus. It's a delicate balance that is hard to get back once it's off.

Proph is right, gotta know the soil. Happy frog supposed to be good 2/3weeks, didn't feed till fade in week 4.

Ahh ok, so the calcium in the water should be my no.1 concern along with the non feed period on the next grow then? I was looking at some of the kitchen water distillers on the market although they take a while to produce cleaner water could that help reduce the calcium levels to an acceptable amount?

They were fine untill I upped the nutes to flower so it sounds consistent with the plant wanting a higher intake of mag and phosphorus during this stage?

She is still drinking all the feed and water she is given exceptionally quickly does lockout effect that or is it specific elements the plant would lockout rather than the whole feed?

Thanks for the info. Really helps!

I'm hoping as she is seems to only have a month or so left on flowering as she is in week 5 of flower and week 9 overall she will hold out and still produce as she has some pretty nice colas already coated with tricones

You could get a 7gal water jug from Walmart for ten bucks and go to a local stream

Yeah I was looking at a 10gal jug but for all my ladies + humidifier I'd be there every 3 days

If I start using distilled water is it just calmag id need to add into my nutes to replace whats missing in the water?

I'm not sure I know rock dust has minerals maybe you can use rock Dust or something with the deionized water. You can get all of those things it needs and use di water. I just don't know exactly what you'd want to add and your setup. Maybe someone else knows more. Rain water had nothing in it and the plants grow with it. So if your soil has everything you should be good
