Be sure to take just one hit to see how that goes, then two if needed. If you have stress/anxiety, you need less hits than more. If you start with four or five hits, you stand a good chace of getting paranoid. Ease into it since you are new to marijuana and your system isn't use to it. I have put my body through extensive testing for many years. One just need be careful in the beginning. Marijuana can be a great healer, but must be used wisely. You might consider buying CBD oil pills, they work wonders for many maladies and ARE NOT psychoactive. There are many strains you can buy that carry 1:1 CDB/THC and 2:1 CBD over THC. The 2:1 strains are a very different high. The 2:1 THC is basically rendered null and void and one can go about their business unencumberd. There is no silliness associated with 2:1 that you get from a normal THC strain.
