New Grower First time growing. Time to say hello!

So Sunday is here again, time for general update! Plants all together seem healthy apart from the haze 2.0 problem. Nothing else to complain about. I wondered how old the plants are as I didnt not their start date. But I believe they are at the end of 6 weeks old maybe 7. So a few more weeks and we should be good to harvest! I can't wait to see how these fill out now! Didn't feed with nutrients last watering due to problems with the haze 2.0. but I will go back to nutrient feed today when the sun's gone down. Ive decided to water in the evening rather than morning so I avoid droplet burns on the leaves.

I can see the difference between growing photos and autos, the Matanuska photo (indica strain) I planted Into the 10l pot is dwarfing the sativa dominant autos and it hasn't even started flowering yet! (It's the one raised off the floor) They seem to be very happy, even the one in the smaller pot, although nowhere as big 20180701_150922.jpg 20180701_150737.jpg 20180701_150959.jpg 20180701_150818.jpg 20180701_150730.jpg 20180701_150759.jpg 20180701_150835.jpg 20180701_150756.jpg 20180701_150749.jpg

Thanks for the help you've been throwing my way @Spanglish. I guess is expats need to stick together!

Just done run off test, raised two planters off the floor, put a pan underneath. Slowly added water straight in the middle of the plant so it had to soak through and not run down the sides. Collected first few drops and tested. You can see the tap water is smurf colour before putting it into the soil, and after is sitting at yellow. So according to the colour chart somewhere around 6 to 6.5? Does this sound relatively good for my particular test?

I will get the accurate 8 when I can, still not opened a Spanish bank account! One thing at a time it's the laid back lifestyle around here rubbing off on me.

First picture (on my knee) is healthy critical + 2.0. 2nd pic is affected haze 2.0. and third is the water used for the test. I did this without adding any nutrients also! Just plain tap water left out for 24 hours or more

No worries pal have dabbled out on the terrace and got a few Biobizz runs under me belt, so more than happy to help if and when i can is what the AFN vibe is all about.

Girls are looking top and you drifted through veg just like a pro which is the key stage when it comes to autos, now just to keep them happy and watch them put on the goods and you gonna be trimming some fat nuggets before you know it ;)

PH looks on track and like you say somewhere between 6-6.5 so right in the sweet spot for soil, not bad considering where the tap is starting at but then again most nutes are on the acid side and will pull it down a bit.

Peace matey and keep on keeping on and you got this on track for a very nice first run :d5::pass:

Thanks that's good to hear as a first timer as soon as I can get that accurate 8 meter I'll be laughing then hopefully!

Was thinking about what you said about the A8 and the fact you have not got an account opened over here yet. Lots of Spanish websites still offer cash on delivery as a payment option it will be shown in Spanish as "Contra Reembolso", usually carries about a 3€ surcharge but worth bearing in mind if you need to get that or anything else really while you're getting life settled.

Omg that is exactly what I need never heard of that service especially in England. Thanks for the tip! Might get one sooner than I expected then

Hey guys, so another week over and the plants are still alive! Can't wait to see how these plants turn out on harvest day, as far as I can tell they are looking good for a first timer so here's some photos of size and stage of budding. You'll see the difference between my 4 autos and the 2 photos. Bearing in mind the 2 photos are same Matanuska strain, one in a smaller pot and you can see how that effects the size of the plant, basically the same age give or take a few days. It's amazing the difference. I've still got a while to wait before flowering starts on them unless anybody has a way I can easily trigger flowering manually.

Here's pictures of each plant and some close ups of bud formation

Here you can see the two matanuskas side by side. The size difference is amazing

that's one hell of a dedication to growing! If only I had the space and time to build something like that. Might have to just bring it inside the house daily. See if that kicks it into gear

Okay guys I want your opinion, I don't have a magnifying glass or microscope so I'm just wondering how far off this plant is from harvest. I'll tag in @Spanglish @archie gemmill @Dinafem-Mark as you all should be able to give me some idea and obviously anyone else watching this grow.

This is one of my Dinafem Critical + 2.0. pictures taken just now in the bathroom with lights off and phone camera. The best I could do unfortunately but you might be able to give me a better idea than I have already.

This seems to have less white pistils and more darker ones than the rest of my plants.
