UPDATE: Girls are at 18 and 17 days old.. the (blue berry jane) is getting bigger by the day.. and the mystery mary is chugging right along as well.. both looking good both got fed yesterday.. and going to start LST next week.. i moved the lights up also there a little short for my liking or i must be paranoid or pot must be small and stunted growth.. hell idk.. i want them to be a little taller.. so im try and stretch them hope it doesn't stress them out.. welp picture time

no i drain everytime i water.. could that be why there not as big..? going to add some leds to the box to see if that spices up the box a little bit..

If your environment is in good order, I wouldn't add more light, until flower maybe. They look okay for 17 & 18 days.

I think raising the light was a good idea, let's see what happens in the next few days.

Are those fans, that are blowing directly on the plants? That may be why they look a bit tattered. See the way the leaves are turning sideways....they are trying to block wind. You want a gentle breeze rustling the leaves.

Those foil pans are to catch runoff, I suppose. It's not a bad idea but, the problem is, the roots are not going to get proper ventilation. Oxygen to your roots are vital.

Is there no other way to water? Can you water outside of tent?

This is my watering set- up. It may, or may not, be something you can do similar.

Plastic pallets over 2 buckets.

My watering set- up is for watering only. It is right beside the tent. When they have stopped dripping, I put them back in tent.

You don't necessarily HAVE to have a perforated pan to water on. It sure makes life easy though. You definitely don't want your plants to sit in runoff water. That will cause salt build up, and defeat the purpose of runoff.

To be honest, I dont always water to runoff. I try to let a little leach out at least once a week, to avoid salt build up. I'm not saying this is what you should do, just how I do it.

I apologize for picking apart your grow, bro. Over all, you are doing great. I want to see you get the dopest of the dope harvest man.

hell any advice is good advice to me can never gain to much knowledge.. welp ill be taking them out the pans and sitting them in there.. thanks for the advice..

Light Update:

added 4 small 23w led bulbs also broke a fan leaf trying to tuck it under the other.. as you can see the leaf layng there so sad i gasped in horror as it came off in my hand so sad.. im hoping with the 6 clfs and the 4 more led bulbs added they will love the extra light.
