First time grower, full of doubts - Also sort of a growth journal

:smiley1:

If your VPD is good, I don't see how you could get mildew. VPD of 1.2 to 1.5 is where mine are at, mostly around 1.3. My tent is getting hot, up to 30C and the RH is 61 to 63. Only time I experienced mold is outdoors with a very wet fall where the buds were saturated with moisture and the RH was close to 100%. If the grow environment is dialed in (VPD, circulating and exhaust fans), I don't see where mold or mildew would be an issue. Just doesn't make sense to me for it to be other than this.
Thanks. I try to keep the VPD on those numbers. First time and i rely on you guys to try and figure things out. Online there's too much info, sometimes contradictory. So i try to follow your experience.

Speaking for myself only. I run at 82° and 55-60% RH. I have a perpetual grow. Everything from seedlings to late flower. I have had explosive growth in veg and excellent tight nugs. I have had a calcium hiccup recently but that has nothing to do with temp/rh. I am not going to tell you that bud rot is not possible in my environment. My plants get trimmedup. I have an oscillating tower fan and an additional 9" stationary fan. Personally I think 45% rh is too low at any stage. Will 45% at the very end of flower provide some benefit like 1/2% more THC? I suppose it is possible. That is probably based on anecdotal information.
Thanks. I'm still trying to dial things. Respect VPD, maintain regular temp and RH, see wich factors are in my control, check defs on the girls. So i'm always asking things. Anyway great advice on the oven thing.

Hi guys. The leaves of one of my girls got descoloured over night. They seem like they are dying. They were watered, with nutes (ph perfect) but a lower dosage. But i don't think that lowering the nutes would cause this. I have no idea, because the plant does not need to feed of the leaves, she has nutes. I find no signs of bugs or mildew/mold. There were no changes to the environment. May she be reaching the end before her sister with the same strain? Or is this some kind of defiency?
I'm leaving some pics of that, and the stem of one of the leaves.

Using a little tip from TaNg's AN-based autoflower feeding schedule.. "For fine tuning watch the leaves, if the tips burn, back off the base nutrients slightly or if the leaves start to pale then increase the base nutrients slightly."

First I want to qualify this reply, going off of my experience outdoors. At this stage, by that I mean 2 to 3 weeks away from harvest, its normal for fan leaves to yellow out as the plant is sucking nutrients out of those leaves. I leave them on until they come off easily. Outdoors, I was happy to see the fan leaves getting used up as that meant chop time was getting close. I am having some nute issues with burnt tips and edges. I was advised to up the K a bit so I added a bit extra bloom nutes to the feeding and see how that goes. You will have a nice harvest as your plants are not sickly by any stretch in my eyes.

Thank you. I gaver a bit more nutes. Let's hope it's just a sign of her getting to harvest point.

I agree to the extent that he is so close to harvest. Not going to fail by any stretch of the imagination. success already and his 1st grow to boot. The extent, location, and quickness I think points to something other than age. Maybe wrong. Also he is not flushing yet. Still no problem ultimately. Great job
@Django_TO !!!

I fed her a bit, with ph perfect nutes (bloom) and big bud. Let's see
