Outdoor First Time Grow - Outdoors - Northern Cal - Mephisto Auto Skywalker

Welcome and congratulations on starting your first grow!

Good luck on your first grow pal I'm sure it will be a great adventure just a little warning it get very addictive this hobby pal
Thanks guys!!

I feel like I’m already addicted haha. Already thinking about what I want to plant next.

It seems like learning how to grow plants in general helps you learn about life. So many parallels to what nutrients, minerals, etc. are needed for a healthy plant and healthy human.

Cheers!

Yea ..this site and growing changed me and my life ..I have written many love letters to AFN LOL ..Plus you learn about photography and water the sun even about different animal poop and micro organisms ..It show you the connection and how much goes into actual life .

Snapped some pics today. At this point they’ve been above ground for about a week. How do you all think the seedlings look so far?

Any input would be much appreciated @912GreenSkell, @Ash-a-Ton, @Maria Sanchez, @St. Tom or anyone else watchin this thread.

First pic is to show my general setup with the containers and the other two pics to show some close shots of the seedlings.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I’ve been trying to keep myself in check to not overwater (although it’s very tempting). I’ve been sticking my finger into the soil to test and unless its dry about an inch deep (2nd knuckle down) I let them be.

just lift the pot its gives you a good idea cant go wrong with that pal

Hey boss! Checking in from a little farther north out on the delta...take care with pots... I almost lost a couple last year to heat stroke... get an old sheet or something else that will shade the containers but still allow for airflow... nothing's worse than coming home to a wilted lady... I go straight into the ground now... and just avoid the issue. Good choice on genetics, you won't be disappointed! I have a couple oz of mephisto nugs drying now...

Any questions or anything else, tag me with an @ and I'll see it... been busy as of late, so I haven't been on as much as I'd like!
