Indoor first time grow inside

i have a 3 ft wide 30 inches high 24 inches deep grow box.want to only grow 2 lowryders at a time in the area.have mounted a fan inside to suck out old air,also drilled a few fresh air holes /the next step is lights.i have been driving myself crazy trying to figure what lights to use,can get a 125 watt hps for 70.00 complete or can get 2 t5 2 light fixtures for 80 or so--i know heat is a problem but gonna use this only in winter.in summer i go outside.i here the hps is so much better ---help me out guys---growin in soil

The hps would be nice but i feel is to big for that size room, your best bet would be the T5's or a bunch of 23w 2600k cfl's would do nice, i found at walmart they had 150w-200w cfl's for cheap like 12 bucks, good luck.
