Photoperiod First time DWC grow - big bazooka and the future #1

Day 19 of flower:

plants continue too shoot on upwards. All have been sexed and all are definitely females. They still continue too drink loads so that’s all good too. They are definitely filling out my small tent a little too much now so instead of splitting them into two tents I’ve ordered a 1.2x2.4 tent. I’ll put them all in there under 2 600 hps, I may even put my 315cmh in the middle of the tent but that’s depending on wether or not I can create an even canopy under a Scrog net. All should be set up within a week so I’ll update then.

I found a hermit on one of the big bazookas yesterday, luckily it’s was in very early infancy of changing, I’ve removed the balls so hopefully this will work,

Day 28 of flower:

The plants are huge. I knew they’d get bigger in dwc but I underestimated this, I was going to put a Scrog in the tents but I’d left the girls get too big so this would have been difficult too oil off without damaging any of the plants. I’ll save this method for the next run in my bigger tent. Speaking of bigger tents, I haven’t assembled the new one I bought as I don’t have enough room in my grow space atm. It’ll definitely be assembled for the next run.
The plant that was starting to Hermie is looking fine now after I removed the balls on her. I’ll keep a close eye on this plant and hopefully she won’t change again. I have been trimming back leaves and branches on each plant as They’ve been growing. Maybe I was a bit too aggressive with her which led her to hermie.
All the girls have been heavily defoliated in the “dark zone”, so essentially the bottom third of each plant has been trimmed away. Two of the more squad plant have been trimmed right back to just the two main stems where they were topped.
As for the genetic makeup of the two strains here, they mostly look sativa on their continues and rapid growth but this could be in relation to the DWC as the leaf structure on each plant is definitely Indica leaning. Strangely enough though, all the plants are stretching like a sativa would but one big bazooka and one the future are short and squat.
The Remo nutrients are probably the best I’ve ever used, not once have I had nite burn. My starting EC is 0.9 which rises to 1.3 with what each plant drinks over time. I then top back up with quarter strength nutrients and they stay around 1.1-1.2 until I do my weekly res change. PH always starts and finishes at 6.1. Not once have I had too buffer my solution nor have to alter the PH In the tank over time. It’s always remained stable.
one more thing. I had four buckets over and some seeds so I added these to the grow and flowered from seeds. They’re looking good so far. Some northern lights, white widow and peyote critical.

Day 35 of flower:

full res change, all plants are consuming loads of of the nutrient mix. I’ve upped the nutrient strength not too full as I’ve been mixing at half up until this point. The stretch has now stopped (thank fuck) and bud development is now they’re priority. There nothing else too share this week. When I update next week I’ll hopefully have some better bud pics too share!

I will say though that the 8 week flower cycle for the big bazooka isn’t going to happen. As it stands now I’m looking at at least a ten week cycle on all of these

the girls continue too put on weight. Currently on day 52 of flower. We’re looking at another 20+ days before harvest. All girls are eating almost full strength nutrient and are doing well!

The girls came down last night, I did take pictures during the harvesting but I deleted them by accident. I’ll update on the dry results in a weeks or so

I forgot too update this thread. I finished with 578 grams in total. Approx 200g of the future#1 and the rest is the big bazooka. Both strains are up there with strongest strains I’ve ever smoked. The taste is something else too! So they concludes it. An all round good grow with a great end result. I am definitely growing these out again and I’m also gonna be growing out other genetics that Anesia seeds have to offer
