Photoperiod First time Aeroponics grow.

Day 14,

Blueberry is still the biggest of them all, but their all working hard to grow except for 1 sweet seeds mix plant. It's a little scraggly girl. Second biggest is a Seedman Candy Cream.

When are you gonna move them into the aeroponics totes? Is that top pvc line an overflow drain line? We put bottom feed, top drain, and halos for top feeding in one if our RDWC systems and it seemed like most ppl suggest having the water level slightly lower inside the buckets to coax the roots into the res, but the way it was running, the circulation was amazing. But not sure if having that water exchange rate is all that necessary, or even beneficial, given the height at which the top drain would keep the levels in the buckets. What I mean is, at capacity, with good flow, the net pots were 1/2-1/3 submerged in solution. And of course, no photo on this device to show the setup.

Sweet build, excited to see them kick ass in there!

The top PVC line is the feedline for the Aeroponics manifold in each container and the bottom PVC line is the drain line back into the reservoir. The plants i have in the pictures above will all be mothers, i should start taking the first clones from a couple of them around late next week sometime. all the clones i take will go into an OXY-Cloner till rooted then finally into the aeroponics system. my Aeroponics tubs will only hold about a 1/2 inch of water when the pump is not running. i actually just received my 1 inch drain bulkheads yesterday that i need to swap out, i have a 800 GPH pump and my 1/2 inch drain bulkheads can't keep up.

Hey bro. Super happy to have found your thread.

I am in the process of building my first aero setup. Not as large scale as you though.

Your set up is awesome!!!! Ive managed to get as far as building my Tope stand out of PVC to hide the res under the tope. I have a tiny space to work in so I figured that would help a bit with Res temps. Would like to pick your brain on how you intend to keep your res temp down. Will your pump be inside the res? Im pre-stressing about scenarios I would have to deal with. haha. Some awesome dudes on here suggested frozen ice bottles daily.

Which frequency do you plan on using for spray time.? I have so many questions but I will leave it at this for now.

Ones again very cool set up man!! Aero envy over here.
