New Grower First indoor grow: LindaSeeds GG#4 and Gelato 33 under Mars SP3000

I hear you on the concentrates! It was very nice to have a period of time with relief and not being tied to a damn couch or bed.
Yeah, I have some pieces of Styrofoam to put in the bottom of paper bags to make them stand up as they dry. It should be interesting.
Boom styrofoam for the win

The Gelato is purpling up nicely and I can see a fade beginning to develop. No change in amber levels, only found a few.
LOL! The edge of the scope will need cleaning soon. Getting sticky. LOL!

Opened each paper bag, genty rearranged the material, set that bag aside and open and then did the same for all the others. I then started with the first and placed them back on the clothing rack. I figured that would be enough time for the bags to air out enough and get the released chlorophyll out of the bags. I defiantly needed to move the untrimmed canna. They kinda packed together. All the others looked great. It an interesting way to dry.

I've known about VPD seems like forever. Good info, but since I was an outdoor grower and had no control over the conditions, it was filed away in my brain with all the other superfluous info, like the minimum crush of the V-packing stack on the stem of the hull penetration of the gagging device for VH-1 valve(commonly called the "Mother's and Senator's valve") on a 688 class sub. LOL!
Since paying pretty close attention to control the environment for the optimal VPD level in my tent, I have noticed a marked increase in bud growth(swelling) rate and additional new growth and water usage.

I think this one detail will help me to grow better and bigger girls in the future. And it's all because of the great growers here on AFN!

Absolutely and even like my setup where I'm forced to not use humidifier or dehumidifier or AC there are still things you can do to keep it closer ect and as I've said with your attention to detail you are going to do even better this next round

I can't do it any different! LOL! Between my Pop, the Navy, drag racing and being an inspector for decades, attention to details is ingrained in my mind. I hope it pays off.......well.............continue and improve.

It gives me more faith in this forum when the tips provided here show results.

I hear that bud it's super awsome to have such a great community I say it all the time this will hopefully always be my home love afn.

Bottom fed the girls 3/4 gal molasses and they took it up quickly. At this late stage, I went ahead threw in a dose of EM1. Probably to late to do much good, but sure can't hurt and may give a little more push.

Just checked the tent conditions and plugged them into a VPD calculator.
My results: 1.18kPa
Target Vapor Pressure Deficit (kPa) at late flower : 1.14kPa

With organics I say it will only help especially if your actually letting them go for a few more days I've top dressed as late as 8days before chop like you said it's certainly not going to hurt anything, I can't wait till I see some legit studies on this as it's a very interesting topic honestly

I think it can only be helpful to the roots. With my thinking the gnat larvae did damage my root system, any good I can do them, the better off the plant will be.
Both remaining girls have new green growth in the buds. You can see the calyx swelling up.
I have increased hope for both, The Gelato to increase the bud and get a slightly better calyx to sugar leaf ratio and for Miss Wispy to hold on long enough fill in what she has,

With as long as these girls are going, I'm gonna try to make the best of what I have.
