New Grower First indoor grow- Fast Buds Girl Scout Cookies question.

Hey Guys,
The girls are all started under an 8bulb T5-Ho @54Watts each bulb, plus 6 cfl bulbs, all at 6500K. I'm growing all organic supersoil of my own making. Adding organic commercial bloom ferts in granular form. Watering with compost tea each time. All the different strains are young, and seem to be eating it all up with zero problems that I can detect. My largest Fast Buds Girl Scout Cookie plant is just 8 inches tall and maybe that many inches wide, but I pinch all large fan leaves if they are in the way at all. This one largest freak of the bunch is already putting out buds and I just planted them on Nov 23rd. Is this within norm? I know they can vary widely, but that's really small to be puttin' out buds already, ya know?
Any tips on growing these GSC's organically would sure be appreciated.

Just chopped 1 bit not organic. They are light sensitive so becareful, I stunted mine. Show us a pic. May be in preflower already, not knowing what feeding is like. You may have started flowering. You can start flowering by starting flowering nutrients, some people use that as a way to regulate height and size. The long you give veg the big they can get. Same thing if you start early they will be smaller. Check out muddy's auto life cycle thread.
