New Grower First Indoor Grow....Ever

Sup bro, personaly i would tuck them if possible, the tops of the plants will get plenty of light penetration even if it looks like they are shaded,i always defol from the bottom after a node is formed and has its own secondary leaves growing ,the pics didnt load so i cant see whats going on..Thats my opinion and others may see it different,i do defol but i only do the tops after the stretch has finished
Sometimes it does not show my pics when I post them that way. Can you see these ones?

Okay i can see those..they are still short enough that the light will penetrate. Somewhere in the threads we have one that explains how uv light penetration can make it thru a few layers of leaves even tho to the eye they are shaded. They will be fine, give em some time..i didnt read the whole journal, are you using MH lighting?

Mars Hydro 2 1200.

Day 38 update pictures. Not much going on about 10-12 inches tall. All three strains are fairly short so I am not sure how much I have stunted them with my earlier PH issues. All of them are getting bushy and have pistils.

I have switched the tent again with veg and bloom on the heat was rising moved the filter back to the top of the tent and changed the trays at the bottom to something more durable with some shelving so I can use my shop vac to get rid of the excess water. I treat my tent like a fighting position, you should always be constantly improving it.

@jingo @budelee @Rebel should I switch to flowering nutes soon or continue with the flora nova grow a little longer? All the strains are listed from 9-11 weeks and week five is ending now. Not as many pistils as I thought there would be. I was planning to switch over at day 42ish.

Flora Nova bloom and some Monster Bloom booster and Cal Mag. Was planning on running around 800 ppm till flush using the Flora Bloom and using the Booster that last day of the next two weeks if needed.

Is that a custom schedule for the 800ppm? And is that including the monster bloom?

The 800ppm is about where I am now on grow (that is with 2ml cal mag per gal). I was going to do 800ppm bloom (including 2ml per gal of cal mag) then replace a regular feed with the bloom booster about the same PPM once a week.
