I agree with @Rollin_along. It looks like a nitrogen deficiency. What are you feeding it?
Also, an autoflower will typically start flowering some time between 21 and 28 days. There are, of course, freakish plants that won’t flower for 60 days. Occasionally some autoflowers wont automatically kick into flower. I don’t see your plant’s preflowering as a sign for alarm.
