New Grower First Grow - Outdoors in Ireland

Day 23

I was away for the weekend, gave a water with nutes before leaving (half recommended dose).

Good growth in the last couple of days but perlite has gone green particularly on the plastic pot one. I’m assuming this is algae, plants are still a bit damp. Anything to be concerned about? They were in the mini greenhouse closed up over the course of the weekend.

Other thing I have noted is that there’s some slight pale yellow tinging on a couple of leaves. Any ideas what has caused this?

Day 25.

Haven’t watered since last Thursday. Still looking a bit damp and conscious of overwatering so feel it’s better to leave them for now.

Back left doing best. Back right smaller ( had the wind damage) and (front plastic pot) was repotted looks like it’s stretching more than the other two.

Picked up a hygrometer to keep an eye on temp and humidity. 20celsius and 80% now at 8pm. Will lst tomorrow if I have time.

After some research I’m pretty sure the yellowing was from moisture droplets getting “burned”. These ain’t gonna be monsters but I’m happy with the progresss so far

Hey yammerz
If you haven't already I would advise you cut some vents in your greenhouse for ventilation come preflower and maybe even run a heater fan that has a thermostat for night time temps .
As you already know your a bit late on starting but the games not over yet . Have fun and you'll learn from it .

Hey man, thanks for the tip! Will definitely cut a few vents. We’ve had a rotten week of weather here with thunderstorms yesterday and high humidity but forecast for the next while is good so hoping they can get some good sun and growth.

Something has had a nibble. Plan to get some ladybirds from the garden in there.
