Awe well there autos let’s see what happens turned the par up from 350-400 to 400-450 par, may go 500... any thing higher and the cobs burn the bud , (Not my par is from 400-700nm) so if your using an expensive meter than you may want to go as high at 550--650, as a lot of my far red is not being read or IR,

So we are running a 3500k with 660nm and that in the flower tent with the vero 29 most likely (vero 29 might not even be needed lol) this new lights a monster! Putting out 1000 par+ easy in a 2x4 area
