They don't look so bad mate, under LED's they tend to stay shorter and bush out before much longer before they stretch. I've only done a couple of grows so I'm no expert but I have noticed again on my 3rd grow there is a certain point with seedlings that they suddenly hate the led light at 12" and love it again at at 18" so maybe give that a try?

I guess I will try raising the light higher. I also thought maybe the heat is effecting them? It's pretty much 84-86f in my tent. I feel like I have pretty decent air flow over the plants though. Hopefully my new fan will really lower my temps a bit. It should be here on Tuesday.
I wouldn't even mind the bad first grow if I knew exactly why I messed up so I can fix it, but this is just BLAH. Guess I'm going to be lucky if I even get 1oz between 3 plants at this rate. Or maybe I'm just singing doom and gloom for no reason. I don't know but something does feel off to me when I look at other people plants and compare.

Those look so much bigger than mine lol. Maybe I shouldn't have put the cfl's so close to them and just use the led for the first few weeks. Now I'm second guessing everything I've done.
I actually think that makes a lot of sense. I'm going to turn off my 4 cfl's and just let the led go for a week or 2 and see what happens. That will also lower the temp in my tent down to like 80f or so.

The temps shouldn't be a huge problem but that's your call 
Here's my current grow, first pic is day 21 second is day 30. Bear in mind I'm in nft hydro with almost double your lighting watts on just one plant but I'm showing you if you are patient and keep going as you are you'll be fine!

holy shit @ that pic. Half the time I feel like my plants aren't even growing. Hopefully in 6-7 days I see some improvement. It could be worse, my plants could be dying! they seem super healthy to me though so I'm going to keep at it and pray the changes I make to the lighting setup makes a difference. I'm totally going to try and buy another led after this grow though. Screw using cfls for supplemental lighting. I'm going to cram 2 leds in my tent and call it a day.
Freiya don't worry LED is brand new technology and you know how women hate change [emoji23]

Don't forget, by day 7 you barely have your first set of leaves so they're right on point. They're just busy building a strong root structure for you at the moment [emoji2]
Oh, and the heat issue, try adding some co2..If you already have enough light and the plant is using all the ambient co2, supplementing will allow the plant to transpire faster, allowing it to withstand much higher temps, even 100F.

UPDATE!!
Looks like my plants are growing a little, I saw a noticeable increase in size from both of them between last night and this morning when I woke up. They still seem small as hell compared to other plants of the same age but there is progress!
I'm going to give them some cal/mag with the next feeding. I wasn't really sure if I should give it to them seperately or mix it with the other nutes. I decided to just mix it all together and I'm currently letting it sit out for a few days before I give it to them. I don't know if they actually need cal/mag yet but I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it to them.
New pics! let me know if you guys can notice them getting bigger. @ Day 23
