New Grower First grow. Need advise.

lift the pot dry and remember the weight of the pot. Often times, it feels as light as air! time to water. When you do water the pot, lift it and note the weight. not time to water when the plant isnt heavy.
Hi JH! I just wanted to chime in as a fellow noob: this approach seemed kind of sketchy to me when I started and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to tell when it really needed water. If you have the same concerns, by chance, rest assured that half way through your first grow you'll be "weighing" pots like a pro! Once you do it for a couple of weeks, it's pretty easy to tell.

Just an update 3 of the stone dragons are on day 5 and my fourth one is on day 2. I'm really hoping my soil mistake isn't going to hurt me in the end but we will see. It seems like time has drug by since I started, I'm ready for these babies to get going lol.
First pic is the one that had the spot on it.

Quick update the three biggest are 9 days old and the small one is 7 days old. Gave them all 1ml of bio root, cal mag, and bio grow last night. Seemed to respond to it pretty well. Any pointers or advice is appreciated.

J Ham, glad you posted, I have the same Mars LED and size of tent. How do you deal with the heat?
I just setting up my grow, so is an ' in ' and ' out ' with axial fans enough to maintain reasonable temperatures.
You had mentioned leaving the doors open to deal with the heat, do you think that the carbon scrubber is enough
air exchange.
