Day 21- got real elevatel last night and went ahead and topped and defoliated her. My girls been jacked for a week so im gonna just experiment/torture her till the end lol.
Whatever experience i can garner from white widow will be put to good use on the next baby, a lil gorilla blue from advanced seeds.
Im gonna start updating weekly i think, ill still keep a daily pic journal going offline

Looking good! Even with the issues, it’s interesting to see the odd quirks these girls can throw out there randomly. If it’s one thing I haven’t looked into, is defoliation (probably my next move) and how/when to do this. My girls are so bushed out it’s insane. I’ve been tucking like mad but I’ve thought so much about how great it would be without half the damn leaves blocking light lol. Keep the updates coming! I want to see how your WW does compared to mine

Day 24-
Lil miss widow is still alive, shes slowly but surely snapping out of her funk i think. Between her genetics and my mistreatment im surprised shes even still alive.
Ive got a lil corner for her to just keep on keepin on so im going to let her go as long as she can. Ive subjected her to some hst and lst, and what im learning ill turn around and use on the next lil plant.
Speaking of the next lil plant, im thinking about starting a grow journal for her and i may put that journal in with the others in the cobshop threads. Or i may not, who knows?!?
Anywho, take a look at this janky lady. She grew all effed up, so ive run with it. I have a loose plan of attack, for what thats worth, so hopefully me and this lil gal can work together to get to the end!

Edit- pertinent stuffs, she received 1 liter h2o over the weekend, and shes sitting 27 inches under the cob. I had moved her a couple inches closer but she didnt seem to respond well. 27 inches seems to be the sweet spot for this gal currently.
Temps have been spot on and rh has been good as well. Day time averages are 77f/65rh, nighttime 70f/52rh.
Last thing to note, saturday i actually got a pretty good wiff, nothing specific to marijuana but a very sharp smell, almost but not quite minty.

Day 26- white widow is still alive! Shes real fugly maybe and looks like a science experiment but shes still growin!
Temps and rh are good, she received a liter of plain h2o today, ph @6.4. Shes still 27 inches from the cob, i move her any closer and she reacts poorly so im gonna stay at 27.
About 2 weeks ago i had to manually split a set of her branches. Its in this journal, a little after the first week or so if anyone wants to check it out. The plant only grew 1 full set of nodes and had grown one half of the 2nd node when i finally decided to try and fix it on my own. It is weird to look at, going back and looking through the first 10 days of growth. Im gonna try and get her to the end but emotionally im ready for her to give up the ghost lol.
Anywho, heres her daily pic but i gotta warn ya.....its pretty scary looking. I do have a plan of attack, and fwiw she is now actually growing much better. Im excited to see 4 potential bud sites. 2 weeks ago i wasnt sure she was gonna make it and now i have a lil hope for her!
Damn i just typed a freakin novel lol, im sorry if anyone actually reads through this whole post!

TLDR; white widow is 26 days old today, shes tied down like a scary amount. Shes still stunted and runted.
I also started another grow journal in the cobshop section, i got a 14 day old gorilla blue going. If i figure out links ill toss a link for the journal in here.

Day 28- white widow is doing a thing! The pic is from yesterday, i was looking at her pistils coming in and noticed some of the leaves were kinda spotted. I think my gal is forming her trichomes, she may be starting to get a lil frost on her!
Shes chugging along, seems to be inching forward to the finish line. It may be a minute before we see the finish line but i think we can make it!

Day 31- white widow is still alive and trying to do her thing! Ive done all the torture, i mean training, that im gonna do so now ill just let her grow.
Her home is in the process of being upgraded, i broke down the tent and am now using the whole closet space as the grow room. Once i get it tidy ill post up a pic.
Widow is 31 days old today, shes a little over 3 inches tall(terrible jacked up early growth). Ive lowered her light to 25 inches and she seems to be okay with it in this bigger room. Temps are a bit higher now but still in a good range and rh has been the same. Good but on the low side.
She received another liter of recharge yesterday, and going forward ill just do plain water until she starts to flower.
Fwiw i can totally get behind this water only feed schedule with the kind soil! I know im only a month in to this grow but im okay with not having a feed schedule to keep up with! Now ive probably jinxed myself lol.
I do have megacrop and a few nutes from roots organic on hand if i end up needing to add a lil something extra but im gonna run as far as i can water only.
Didnt feel like showing off the whole ugliness that is lil widow, so heres a closeup of one of her main branches trying to stack those pistils.
