New Grower First Grow Ever Vision Northern Lights Auto

I understood very well, I appreciate any and all input from members with experience so I am grateful for any advice Gunnerboy76, it is much appreciated. That empty seed pack in the above picture shouldnt be empty because I didnt want to grow all three of the NL auto's( I purchased a 3pk) but I had a late floater so I got nervous and dropped another seed, and about an hour after I did that, the second seed sank lol...so I have all 3 on my papertowel waiting for a taproot to appear...not many picture now since it is mostly a waiting game but here they are if anyone is interested....they are just uncovered for the picture...i have another papertowel over top of them and then I put another plated over top of that to create a pretty air free/light free dome I guess....I have never completed a complete grow of anything.....BUT....i have been in the seedling stage a couple times,,just never really progresses beyond like day 17 or so but that was just with bagseed...this will be my first grow where I ordered stock so to speak. I am glad it turned out well because i read many many many posts on ALOT of other related sites and it seems sometimes it could be a gamble if you get order or not, so I am thankful I recieved mine and my first experience was a smooth one. Anyways..here are the seeds waiting for taproot to show.....

My light marshydro 2 1200watt 435$
Tent 135$
Fans 60$ tops

I have read alot of good things about those lights, I wish I could fit into my budget for this grow but if I can have at least decent success and learn alot I will be happy and maybe more willing to invest in better equipment for a second grow depending on outcome of this grow. I will try to get some pictures of my space uploaded by this evening.

This is the area I was going to set up inside of, it has access to water and a drain in the floor but otherwise in a dank basement that is prone to flooding with 3+ inch downpours of rain. I went the bedroom closet route but nearly came close to burning down the closet with temps reaching over 100 degrees farenheit. This room isnt my number one place to grow because it already has some mold mildew issues. My light is only 150w hps so it doesnt put out alot of heat compared to a bigger wattage mh/hps bulb....but what compounds my problem is I have no central air conditioning in my home and with the daytime temps being well into the 90's the last few weeks....closet grow wasnt gonna work...so I went underground..welcome to my future grow space!!

If you can get you some panda film it comes in a roll so you can put it up in make you a grow space with it if you keep the grow space in closed with the panda film i see no problems
YOU PROBABLY WILL BE OK WITH JUST LIGHT SOME FANS AND KEEP TEMPS NO HIGHER THAN 85 AND NO LOWER THAN 65 DEGREES YOU SHOULDBE FINE

And temps are i big deal soooo really try to keep it between 85 and 65 68

I don't understand why because because look at all these climates that grows in that are hot like Jamaica and other places like that I don't know they just say if you're grown indoors those temps are the ideal Temps

In the area in the picture, the temp is actually pretty good, i think...well as far as flucuation(for right now anyway) it really seems to stay about an average of 82 degrees Farenheit 90% of the time it might creep up to 86 degrees max but the only reason the temp went up that high was because I was running a heater on the max setting testing results to see how high I could raise my temperatures to get a decrease in my humidity levels. Humidity is really high in my area, could be because the drain in the room( i stuffed a rag into it) and the areas where groundwater seeps into the walls during heavy rains. I do have a couple fans in the area right now although you havent been able to see them because i havent uploaded a more current view of my setup...I believe they are a couple of Massey 9" hi velocity fans i picked up at a garage sale for $10 for the pair, they work awesome,,not sure they are so good for a grow room but even on setting 1 it puts out good air flow, metal blade fans....I will try to get a recent picture of my area within the next hour and get it uploaded. I need to go check the magic beans anyway because i have my plates sitting on top of my convertor box for my old fashioned TV lol and I dont normally use the box for a warm heat source but im ready to get started,,,but not to point of my seeds drying out.....

I am with you on that hot climate statement too, seems like it would have thrived in my 100 degree closet lol.

Nerves got to me and I took my plate off the convertor box and put it my old faithful area where I dont have to worry about it drying out to fast, I guess I would rather wait a couple to few days than ruin my whole pack of seeds.
