Hi all, fairly new here, had a few problems so been posing elsewhere on the forum, but pretty much learned everything from here and a few other resources, great site, great community ;) Thought I would start a grow diary, seems a good way to track progress.

As the title says, 4 Dutch Passion varieties.
AU - 27 days old.
SR - 25 days
TD - 24 days
AX - 23 days

Grow cupboard 85x85x190 (cm)
Walls painted flat white.

All in 10l airpots apart from au which is in 15l.

Soil - biobizz light mix

nutrients - AN sensi grow and bloom (may purchase some overdrive or big bud nearer to flowering time)

lights - first 20 days 250w MH, upped to 400w MH for rest of veg period. Once flowering starts will be running 600w HPS. Light is in a 6" cool tube to control temperature.
adjustable ballast, 250, 400, 600, + super lumen.
Running 20/4
Lights on temp 24 - 25.5 Celsius
Lights off temp 19 Celsius
RH - 45% - 55%
4" intake fan
6" exhaust fan connected to carbon filter running through cool tube. Cleaned air exiting into room in which cupboard is in. Think I may need to get bigger filter as there is still quite a stench in outside room!

Ph of water with nutes going in 6.5, run off Ph 6.1-6.2
Just using tap water but letting sit for atleast 24hrs.
Feeding half strength nutrients at the moment, very very slight nute burn on AU, just slight yellowing on tips. Each were watered with between 1.5l-2l yesterday, lights just on so things are a bit droopy in the pictures.

Thinking of making a SCRoG today to really try and maximise yield. Know it's not the easiest thing for a beginner to do, but I'm game for a bit of a challenge! ;P

starting to see some white pistols come out. Really getting some explosive growth, raised the light after watering and things are really starting to shoot up!

first pic all 4
2nd - au
3rd - Sr
4th - TD
5th - ax

Marty ;)

Hi, I've noticed a few marks on some of my leaves and getting a bit concerned as they're getting quite near to flowering! Could any body be of any help in identifying these?

Looking at the pics and the fact that a calcium def can appear in soil thats below 6.2 (with your runoff PH you may be close to that), looks to me like early stages of a calcium def, can be easily treated with some CalMg supplement or some dolomite lime ( the lime will also push your PH up a bit higher making the calcium more available to her).

But would wait for someone with a bit more experience than me before you take my word for it and start to treat her.

EDIT: Well have just been given some rep by one of the experienced experts i was talking about (thanks Chester), so would say my diagnosis was right along with my recommended treatments.

Hi all hope all is well

Right, I had all intentions of keeping a grow diary, but time is something I don't have lots of at the moment so seems I haven't really put much on here. So A little update, everything has been flushed and started on bloom nutes, with cal-mag supplement, running under 600hps now. May switch down to 400 as temps are about 28-30 degrees. Think this may be a little bit too hot.
