You might want to watch the distance between the tops and the light, one rule i go by is put my hand on the top and see how warm the light is to the back of my hand. If its hot move it up if its cool move it down. One thing to its always good having a fan point between your tops and lights. Helps cool the air between the two.
Make sure that you have negative pressure in that room too. The door should want to suck shut on the cabinet. This will help the humidity as well, if the pressure on the inside of the room is lower. For some reason it will have the same humidity of the ambient room. Could be my conditions, but then again who knows.
If you are going to LST then i would start on them now if you keep them low they may veg a little longer in there and yield a bit more.if you can do that the 250 will fit nice. The pots that you have to grow in are small enough to keep the plant little.make the soil a little lighter and you may be able to air prune the roots a little. Shell take full advantage of her pot that way
