New Grower First ever grow with what I have on hand

She looks great. Her lower branch development looks very nice — I’m definitely all over than ponytailing the next grow. Bravo!

Thanks davisgirl. The lower branches under the ponytail did seem spurt out some growth but I don't have anything to compare to.

Looking great! I almost got that strain to grow after my Sour Livers but went with Mephisto Strawberry Nuggets I think I'll do some Northern Lights soon though love that strain!

I wanted to suggest (Just a suggestion sense your starting out) looking into Mephisto a couple strains and the reasons why are they are fast to grow, they have a few that are 60 to 70 days from sprout to harvest end so you could get quite a bit of meds stocked up quick also another thing is you get free seeds and freebies so if you get 3 you really get 5 and so on based on how much you get.

Anyway I'll be watching the grow great job again!

Thanks for the suggestion too. I've been eyeing Mephisto and wanting to get some in pots. I'm thinking I'll grow two plants next grow and one has to be CBD Crack so I might get a Mephisto strain for the other.

I guess I should add that I got my autocob yesterday and got it up. The plant seems happy with it at 23 inches light height so far. I was running a 20/4 on/off light cycle with the t8's and will change that to 18/6 now that she has a proper light. I'll change it 1/2 hour every other day so today she will get 19.5/4.5 and so on until it's down to 18/6. Not that it'll make any difference over doing it all at once but it makes me feel good, lol.

And she is drinking allot more water now. Watered today six days since last water. Water only.

When I looked at the bottom picture I noticed a little curl on the on the sawtooth tips of the leaves. It's only on the upper leaves and it's pretty minor so I'm thinking the light is a bit too close. I moved the light up 4".

I could be wrong (hard to tell from pic distance) but it looks like she started flowering from all the hairs on top.

For pics it's all about light, easiest is to take them in your grow area with all that light, I take them in tent most of the time with flash off.

I think so. She really stretched this week too. Seems early for that.

The t8's were so close when I was using them that it was hard to see the plant and they were washing out the color so I got used to taking her out for pictures. It's snowing today so there isn't much natural light. I probably should have left her under the cob this time, she looks good there.

Sounds like she had that 10 day preflower stretch where it grows 30% more before flower then kicked into flower.

Each plant is so different too, I have one that has been flowering over a week another a half week and one that still hasn't started all grown under the same conditions.

Just caught up... so glad you went cob! I grew under hid for quite a while, then a break. When I came back little over a year ago, I almost did the same thing...

BE PREPARED...COBS can be addictive...

Am running 3500k and very happy thru out grows, but am thinking of adding some 680 nm far red. Something something blah blah, Emerson effect...

Your lady is a happy one...the soil's junk, so this one looks like a green thumbed gardner...
