Hi guys
Im starting this journal a little late as I've been dead busy with work the last few weeks but I have just started some blue amnesia xxl and hope to get some help from you lot along the way, at the moment their 2 weeks from germination.
Firstly my set up, I'm using a 4x4x6 tent I have 150 w cfl at the moment but will be going under 600 d/s HPS soon. I'm using a 70/30 coco/perlite mix and using the complete h&g nutes range growing in 3 gallon pots. Only just fed them 1/4 strength feed at the moment but will increase gradually. I had an issue with the germination of my last 2 seeds ( the airing cubard got way to cold) and they didn't pop so I have 3 at 2 weeks and 2 at 9 days, hope they catch there sisters. Here are a couple of pics at the moment DSC_0751.jpgDSC_0748.jpg1418580855882.jpg

You will love the BA XXL. I grew her and just love the smoke and the smell. I use Mills Nutes and I understand they are similar to the H & G. I went full strength all the way through and not a single bit of nute burn. Good luck man!

Yea I heard that my mate has used the mills nutes on the ba and says is a wiked smoke, I can wait now, just didn't want to burn these babies but will go half strength on next feed. I'm just wondering when to move them under my 600 hps got them in party cups at the moment waiting to get a strong rootball ready to go in the 3 gallon pots.
Oh and merry christmas all

Kato 13 you going to love the Blue Amnesia oh yh sicky buds  and buleberry tast :Sharing One:,im hopeing my Blue Treacle as good as the Blue Amnesia,i be update my girl soon pop in when free :pass:Peace Kudo.jpg

Hiya so its day 16 and I have just transplanted my three biggest girls into thier final 3 gallon pots mixed with 70% canna coco and 30 % perlite, I flushed some of the soil with some light nutrient mix To keep it moist. The other 2 will be ready to transplant in a few more days. So far I've had them all under my 150 w cfl, any advice on when I should switch to 600 HPS?

I think they look a little limp as they needed water but didn't want to soak them before transplanting and feeding again??

kato13, the prevailing wisdom is that Autos do not like to be transplanted so transplanting should be done ASAP before they establish more roots. I know that seems counter intuitive but the longer you wait the harder on the plant. I would get that 600 on ASAP and adjust the height of the light to prevent burning.

OK thanks mate. I decided to do that anyway so put them under the 600 48hrs ago and think its OK I got the light about 3.5 foot away at moment and plan on bringing down slowly. Blessedinwashington I was wondering if you planted yours strait to final pot?
Thanks

So its now day 20 and I think they have taken well to the 600 and I'm seeing some rapid growth on all of them.
The two stragglers were put into their final 15 litre pots yesterday and joined thier sisters, these two are at 16 days (due to germination issues)
I have my tent at about 24 °c and 55% rh lights on, and I'm feeding half strength nutes to all, I'm using h&g coco a&b with roots exelurator.
Here are couple of pics so far

day 20

Bear with me guys I'll get the hang of pictures in HID soon
