I got busted up here in Canada for Cultivation of Marihuana with a Health Canada permit to grow. They tore out everything and even eventually charged me with trafficing. I was a 63 year old brain cancer survivor with a permit and a clean record. I had to wait for two years with numerous court visits and then with a jury trial coming up they rethought how it would look in court to a jury and quit the prosecution. Cost me a lot just to defend the horseshit and I lost two years of growing and had to reinstall all the equipment which I had to pick up from a police locker.

They get you even when they lose. We are at their stinking mercy at all times. When will the people learn this is medicine.

I have to cut the limit down to just the NL's for right now until we sort some things out. Apparently the old Caregivers Scripts we got are now Illegal. It used to give 99 plant count and was to be used for taking care of multiple patients. It was since been banned and the doctors prescribing them here in California prosecuted. So now I'm getting all my other legal things in order to continue the grow as scheduled. Though it will have to be staggered as the Adult/Teen Ratio must be adjusted. It's sad that even when we try to do this right they still tell us its wrong. All we want as Caregivers is to be left alone. They gave me a limit I saw to it to be well under, then they say your scripts no good and the money spent wasted... Back to the drawing board. This is making my Brick and Morter store very hard to launch. They just keep raiding and banning. It'll be back to the point where you have to buy from the Black market if they keep this up. Licensed and legit medical patients having to barter with the streets... Sad California utterly disappointing...

Sorry to hear it man...! Feel like you've been taken, cept it ain't for no dime bag!:no: Grow it like its legal is what we say, forget all that other stuff. Hope things get worked out for ya...

So I found a way to fix the situation and the grow is back in swing.
Sorry I haven't had an update in a few my Bikes not running right so I have been working on that
But I have mixed news to report. I only have 7/20 pop rate with G13 Lab's ANL#5.... Crazy low , not even 50%. Partly due though to crazy temp swings and almost drying out then I think drowning. Few got stuck in cubes so really 11/20 but only 7 survived and only 5 look good.
Big thick seeds though have huge shells, and sound good in if Bigger=better worked in this case.But that always seems to go astray as big shells= harder to break through and thus lower success rate. Honestly I like smaller seeds as the seedling has a way easier time getting through and coming up looking for light. But my first gal is now 11 days old I'll post a pic of her and her sisters tonight.
Oh and I'm using that Foliar feed now, every other day. Seems to be working pretty well. Leonidisa (My first and biggest gal) loves it. NOM NOM NOM...

Those Big nice looking NL? Crap
G13 Lbs has one of the worst germ rates I have seen in a LONG time.
The RRF and another round of NL were planted and 30% of the NL popped thus far and 85% of the RRF have popped. It has only been 4 days but I'm dissapointed overall because only 25% of the first round of NL's popped. Very poor.
I'd suggest not buying G13's fem Auto line period, and to be specific the Northern Lights.
Very Impressed by Short Stuff though. The smaller seeds for the win.

Ok so I transplanted another seedling (RRF) to her new home. One died on me so the counts broken even again lol.
One SCR came up and I'm still waiting on the AA(surprised).
Looks like four more g13 NL's will be getting a new home tomorrow afternoon.
I'll be doing an update of my oldest girl here tonight when lights come back on.

Hey Z3RO, how's things going? Sorry to hear about your bad experience with NL. I have heard too many horror stories about NL in an auto. To me it doesn't seem like anyone has a NL Auto stabilized yet... I just recently purchased and germinated 10 reg Himalayan Blue Diesel from Short Stuff and had only 7 germinate. I had two tiny tiny seeds in the 10 and only one of them germ'd the other one didn't... How's your RRF & SCR going? Your AA ever come up?

Yea finally got everything going so the AA's came up a little lower success rate than I would have liked. The SCR 50% came up and are good and RRF have come up but have a low Survival rate.
Overall I know why I don't buy other breeders seeds now. 90% are junk. I'm going back to making and grabbing landraces after this little fiasco.

Kinda slower than I'm used to but She's starting to pick up. about 60 more days to go....
