Feminizing a One in a Million Pheno... The Vanilla Pines Project by Medic Grower

Everythings Hazey this one is a Feminization of a Clone Only from a Selected Pheno so there will be not very much Variations in that Strain. I know Backcrossing is a Big Topic when u Breed diffrent Strains together but with a pre selected Pheno which got Cloned for Breeding its not or almost not necesessary to Backcross the Strain to get it Stable. This will be S1 Seeds of a long hunted Pheno. So there will be no need to go Pheno Hunting that was the work which already was invested in this Strain.

Hmm.. doesn't it being clone-only, mean that it isn't stable for breeding? Otherwise, why would it be clone-only and not able to be reproduced well by seed?

In this way its clone only cause i found this pheno in a 100 + ladys i grew from this strain and even the breeder of the strain this pheno was take from said its a one in a million pheno. Got Permission to work with it but in return ill do the joint venture proect with him. Thought something like this is called clone only too. cause its only available as clone atm cause no one femmed it to reproduce it. thats my understanding from a Clone Only. At all it is a One Pheno Feminization if this descripes it better.

Decided to Cut down almost all CLones except of the 2 Vital Ones and the Male. The space was too overcrowded and some of the Clones did not grow as i want them to grow so its time to be rude and chop them down. Now there 2 Clones the Mother and the Male Left. I will Pollinate one of the Clones on all Branches and the other one is for my Private Stash.

There only will come a Limited Batch of Regular Seeds from the Vanila Pines as the Reversed Male was one of the Dudes i cutted down so i take the Regular Male from the Origin Batch of Seeds for Breeding. This will be a One Time Limited Seed Batch as i Focus on other Projects after that Run and i only Keep the Vanilla Pines for my Private Pleasure. Yeh a lil bit Selfish but i have other Projects on the Go which need to be done before i can start working on the Van Pines again.

Ok here is a Update of what is going on with the Vanilla Pines. First of all we have a propper healthy Boy which grows some Sacs everywhere.. sitting on coc on day 15 since flip to 12/12

Then we have a vital and nice Female Clone number 1 also sitting on Coco Day 15 since the Flip to 12/12

And we have vital Clone number 2 which decided to get a lil Monster Bush with Hydra Heads also Coco also Day 15 since Flip on 12/12

And we have the not so vital Mom which is the only one left sitting on Soil shes not looking really good but i deal with what i get from her Day 47 12/12 This Girl Teached me my Lesson to never Buy some Garden Store Soil again...... Coco rocks and never change a runnin System

News from the Project the Male grewed some nice Sacs and i saw 3-4 already Opened. And the 2 Clones filling the Tent propper and you see Budshoots everywhere. The Mom starts Filling the Buds with all the Ph n too Hot Soil props it looks like she still give me some decent nice Smoke.

Awesome! What crosses do you plan on making first since you changed up the original plan?

If that is a really rare Vanilla Pines pheno you have on one of the clones, you should really try to keep it alive, or get some pollen from it to preserve the pheno. Mixing another male with it will probably not give you that pheno again consistently, for a couple generations, beause it's rarity probably is due to recessiveness of the genes creating the pheno.

It'd be a cool project to make an auto out of that one too later on if you wanted to. Would save you the pheno hunt down the road.
