Update

Today is day 13 since the seed was placed in a cup with water to begin germination process.

Very slowly growing... i'm guessing because of the low temps. Temps have been around 18 C / 64.4 F. Tap root became visible at the bottom of the cup just until yesterday. I measured light distance wrong and had her too far away and she stretched.
I've moistened the coco with 170 ppm of MC1 about twice. Today I will transplant to 2.2 gal pot prefertigated with 200-250 ppm of mc1+camg and begin daily fertigation. Today she begins her life in the 2x2 tent under the QB. I decided to go 20/4 and keep using the QB at just 60 Watts. Hopefully she picks up her development.

Update

It's been 19 days since the seed was put to soak. Might put a new one to soak this week.

Last Tuesday night (feb 4th) I transplanted it into the 2.2 gal autopot pot but messed up badly and the seedling's tap root and a couple other roots ended up cut at the ends. It stunted and gained an overall light green tone, but it seems to have recovered in the past 2 days.

Also, it's been a week since I changed to 24/0 to increase tent temps and tent it's been 22-26C all the time with RH swinging from 50-70%. Once I see the plant totally recovers, I will go 20/4.
I've been doing one daily watering for the last week using 0.4-0.5 EC of MC1 + 0.1-0.2 EC of CalMag Pro, pH mostly at 6.0-6.4, few times 5.8.

UPDATE

It's been 28 days since I put the seed of this Auto WWxBB to germinate... 7 days since last update. She opened coty's on Jan 28th, so I guess some will say she is 20 days old.

Despite the initial slow growth due to cold temps and the further stunting due to transplanting problems, it seems healthy and growing well. Seeing this plant was so behind, I was thinking of starting a new seed of Auto WWxBB, but she's so cute now that I will let her do her thing and just put some clones I have veggin to flower now so I can compesate the probably low yield of this Auto WWxBB.

This Auto WWxBB is getting 0.7-0.8 EC (MC1 + Cal-Mag Pro), pH 5.8-6.4 (mostly around 6.0). Still being hand watered but plan to activate the Autopot system by the end of this week. Temps and RH are still in check and still have light at 24/0... if I switch to 20/4, during those 4 hours temps drops to 16-18 C, so not sure if I should let it at 24/0 or change to 20/4.

UPDATE

The little plant turned 27 days old today since she opened coty's. I found a small pistil on her 5th node yesterday .

I activated the Autopot system last Friday and placed the plant 75 cm / 29 inches from the lamp. I will bring her to 60 cm / 24 inches tonight... I should've done that long time ago according to the light's manufacturer. Still have light on 24/0.

Her reservoir is filled with nutes at 569 ppm / 1.13 EC ( 61 ppm tap, 408 mc1, 47 cmp, 53 epsom) with pH of 5.8-6.0 but after a minute in tray it rises by 0.1-/0.2. As soon as I see buds forming I will begin adding Bud Explosion.

Some Mg deficency was apparently fixed by adding Epsom salts, using pH closer to 6.0 and activating the Autopot system.

UPDATE

This plant turns 40 days old since germination process started… 34 days since coty’s opened. Pistil production is kinda slow but branches and overall structure have increased nicely. From today she will inhabit the tent by herself (I took out the two mothers I had put in there about two weeks ago… it got too cramped in there for my liking).

Lamp is still dimmed to draw just 60 Watts, 24/0, and today it’s 20 inches away form canopy. I estimate DLI with this setup should be around 20-27. Temps have been 21-25 C / 70-77 F, and RH 55-65%.

She still gets 565 ppm / 1.0-1.1 EC of nutes ( 61 ppm tap, 408 MC1, 47 CMP, 53 epsom) at pH 5.8-6.2.

On some lower/older leaves she still has some N tox symptoms as well as what I was thinking was nute burn but might be root rot. By the end of this week I will be giving some OG Biowar Root Pack in case it’s root rot, and will lower MC1 dosage on the next reservoir refill in case the plant is not really liking the high N and K from the MC1.

UPDATE

Day 41 since this little bush opened its coty's. I like the structure it has.. I feel big buds are going to be seen in the end!

Today she's 38-40 cm / 15-16 inches from the light. I think she might have light stress or nute burn. Will bring back from light today and see how she reacts.

Last reservoir refill was with 535 ppm / 1.0-1.1 EC [ 350 MC1 + tap 85, 50 CMP, 50 epsom] at pH of 5.8. Next reservoir refill I will begin adding Bud Explosion.

How often do you fill the reservoir? Do you add Cal Mag at all? from doing my research and in my 3 grows with my Qb96's if I don't add calmag my plants stay lite green. I forgot to add it a week ago and noticed it the next day. Plants went from a nice dark green to a faded green.
I feed 2ml of CalMag per gallon every watering.

Just a thought.

Hi! Thanks for passing by. Yeah, I refill the reservoir about every 3-5 days. I add Cal Mag always but at half the strength (0.1 EC / 50 ppm) because I was getting N tox. I add epsom salts as well.
