Indoor Feenix Summer Grow 2016

Salutations Feenix,

That's good to know as it only re-confirms there are clones of it and these don't necessarily equal each other interchangeably...

For example, my Celestron should have been top notch judging from the name alone. It still ended as scrap, nothing worth was left to refurbish except the reticules (2)... But that was a toy mistaken/misrepresented for/as a tool.

That would be most regrettable, so my conclusion will be, if it's as good as the photographs suggest then BUY NOW, later may happen to be too late!

I mean, common guys! Have another look at it:

And you know what? It's not the end of it, tha's the thumbnail resolution!... Try clicking on one of those for a zoom-in. Really, if the deal stands then this got to be an eye opener, litterally...

Good day, have fun!! :peace:

The quality of all in the price range is the same. It is not a lab quality by any means but for the results vs the cost it is good. Mate it with a more sophisticated program and it is even better. It is still good to load the software as it has the only ProcAmp inter-phase that can change the defaults.
It also looks like the 1000x comes with a smartphone adapter.

Day 92
White Train
She has been in swell for 2 days and is packing it on. She is going long but not quite ready. She has been spending leaves at the bottom but the rest are starting to show color. Reddish purple. I managed some tip burn but the results will be worth it.
Except for the potted sprouts on either end. The rest is all one plant. The branch on the bottom end of first pic only looks separate.

Amber is about 20%

I will take her in sections. All the tops first and let the exposed popcorn go longer.

The veins, show us more of those trichome-populated veins! That was like having light in darkness...

Sure Egz, but first notice the lower right corner of the last posts picture where the hair trichs are reaching up and developing a tip.
Raise your hand if you believe in Canna resin tentacles.
(If you haven't watched The Abyss, you won't get it.)

I ordered the 1000X with stand Friday and it came this A.M. it is the same body as the other. The downside is that using the stand on small cuts of sugar leaves takes forever to line up and focus. I'll stick to holding it. With the cap off the tip sits on the table and I just move it where I want. The smaller the piece the better. Too big and the sides hit it and move it.
I have been trying to get this shot for a while. It shows the hair trichs in different stages right up to one that is clearing with amber. At about 4 oclock from it, half way to the edge is one hair just starting to fill the tip, to the left are a few more in different stages of expansion. I like it.

Day 94
These will be the last shots of this lovely lady as she is. I would have taken her sooner if she hadn't started blushing.
The color has run it's course and the final stage is near. I am taking the tops to open her up and let the popcorn pop.

Someone Bom this please......................

Salutations Feenix,

...takes forever to line up and focus.

Indeed, at such level of magnification i can imagine that's no trivial task setting everything right all at once. In the end one can expect only a fraction like 10 % of the snapshots may qualify as candidates for publication, etc. That means shooting a dozen times only to gather a couple visually-informative pictures. Patience helps i'm sure!

...one that is clearing with amber.

Perhaps the next challenge could be to capture details of the junction where a resinous gland attaches, because once they've allen it leaves an amber fractured tip. Though mine don't get this much detailed obviously!
