Hippy this sure makes sense , I will check out my lower buds before harvest in a few days. I will say I hav had lights down the sides of both ladies and constantly rotated them daily to get plenty of light on the bottoms, I will have to check out lower part tomorrow or so & report my findings.

Hippy I should of asked this a few weeks ago but was 1/31 nine weeks from planting seed or from sprout? Just asking because I planted on 11/26 and they sprouted on 28th 0r 29th also. Our girls may share same birthdays also .
mine were 8 weeks on the last ady of January, so 9 weeks yesterday, the 7th of febuary. did the harvest today and after doing the math it seems like we will have just shy of 3 ounces from the 5 colas we harvested, BUT, this is a t5 grow so there are a lot of assumtions there. and there is ALOT of plant to go. we are so confident that we are gonna hit 4 ounces per plant we are already making plans to switch to the auto strain. we already have 4 other ones we are gonna grow. and has anyone seen the blue berry ? yaaaaaaaaaa. stll have about 9 weeks for the photos to finish up but what the heck?
Ahhhhh.....ok, I think I am for sure going to just going to chop mine this Tuesday at exactly eleven weeks. Like I said I have had lights down the sides rotating them and most buds on sides are nice and pretty thick....solid. All the hairs are orange & they do look ripe. I want to get new ones started up for one more grow for a sea of green. Again the taste of this is like candy, I just let a small piece dry on the side for two days, it got dried out of course but tasted incredible (heavy) and buzzed me nice!

Update: I just had my chopping ceremony with the girls. They understood
They are resting in tent w/lights out 65 to 70 degrees forty % humidity. I will introduce a bit more humidity and let hang for about five or six days before jarring. Not many leaves on them so I will wait to trim.
I know I should have had more already started but I wanted to use tent to cure 1st so many days. I will throw four beans in dirt maybe tomorrow to a new start. I will for sure do a few more fast & vast & maybe a La Diva. I will update in a few days or so .

did you just chop the whole thing down? I only chopped the 5 bigger colas since I still have time just to see wheat happens. I should have a dry weight on those tomorrow. my humidity is way low at 20% and no way to raise it, so tomorrow they go into the jars.
Yes I did Hippy,Since I have them in the tent drying, I want to get started with the others asap. I think the lights down the sides made a world of a difference. I have them with a heating fan keeping a 65 to seventy with a light fan blowing gently on the sides of walls.
Humdity was at thirty % , what I do is wet like three wash rags and leave them in the tent....its not enough to cause mold and it does introduce some moisture a bit so drying is not to fast. I learned that on this site. They should be ready Saturday afternoon for jars
