well, looked at my calendar today and found out I am actually starting my 9th week as of last Friday ( 1/31/14) so I looked at the trics thru my eye piece. I have amber. not much but enough to start flushing. this weekend I am gomma remove the 5 tallest buds and kinda take my time over something like a 2 to 4 week period. keep lowering the light. I'm thinking I will be totally done by the 14th, given the flushing aspect.

You going to cut the main Cola?As of tomorrow I will be at ten weeks buy I have not yet checked figuring a few xtra weeks since its under cfls.....let me go check now...............holy cow they are milky as heck with little amber! I will give it a week and make an executive decision !

ya, gonna cut the 5 larger ones that are showing amber this Saturday and let the rest go a few maybe 3 or 4 weeks. we think we are gonna get about 3 to 4 ozs just from the 6 larger ones but we will see by the end of next week with my first dry weight. but looking and smellin great.

the ones I posted are only days old but I do plan on getting 1 of each before and after we remove the bigger buds, then a dry weight soon after.

ok, I am not able to upload pics for some reason. I have tried several times different ways and I have done it several times B4 so why not now? I don't know if the site going down caused this or if I lost permission or what. any help would be appreciated. ok after I posted my comment the pics are actually there! I just couldn't see them. cool.
anyway both plants are 4 weeks old. my plan, subject to how things look, is to harvest at 10 weeks. maybe 12 weeks maybe 14 weeks. time will tell.

Can anyone else see a face in the first picture? Not when you click on it just when its small.

I will say one thing, I for the first time felt a bud to see how thick...and holy cow they are hard as a rock....so much that's where they get the vast from the fast. I checked trics again yesterday and little amber are some but nice & milky they are. I think this week at eleven weeks may be the time to chop. Hippy do the buds really get much bigger considering the auto flower going into shock from cutting off its main Cola?
B T W: I let a small piece of but I tested for trics dry up.....threw it in a pipe....I had a smile from ear to ear! Tasted incredible & caught me a nice buzz! And it was not even cured ! Boys...I think were going to like this !

zaza, I've read in other grows about the autos are best harvested over a 2 to 4 week period. I don't know if it will stress the plants or not but we gonna see. I just notice that there is no amber on the smaller/lower buds yet so I can't see any harm in tring it. this is after all an experiment. lol.
