its funny i am the biggest advocate of NOT defoliating but this is a plant I would THINK about doing it on if all other low stress methods had been exhausted

Yes i do agree with you, me to ,just thinking about the power this plants pushing,its a dam super salad,i think it could deal with the stress.

yes it totally could but there is maybe 10 to two weeks to being done so any defol would be counteractive as the plant is using up the nutes in all the leaves
