I actually DO have worm castings in my mix along with bat guano and dolomite lime as well! There are also volcanic rock powders, soft rock phosphates and powdered seaweed! This particular Trichoderma is very aggressive. If you want trichodermas that are compatible with a mycorrhizal/bacterial product like Big Plant Science Myco Madness (Humboldt fert has a product with the same name) or Aptus Mycorr Mix, you just need to include worm poo in your soil.
My soilmix is spiced with all 3 above products, bat poo, dolomit lime for Ca, Mg and buffering, epsom salt for sulphur and more Mg and diatomaceous earth (food grade!! NOT a product for swimmig pools) for silicon.
I just read this abstract:

Guess who's feeding his plants with lactic acid bacteria tonight!
I have requested the full-text paper from the author. It's a must read!

I'm not into playing with it so much BUT that might be something fun to do with the kiddos!Sounds great!
Ever tried to culture the poo?
If you mix some soil and worm castings and moisten it with some fert and molasses, you will se a lot of cool fungi, green, blue, yellow...
