Indoor Eye Likes Pot

I see a lot of members here use MARS, I think the price is fair, but the local hydro shop says they're no good... this may be because they want to sell another product I forget the name but the pricing is outrageous like 3 to for times the price for around the same wattage.. I dunno LED lighting is kind of confusing to me, I mean to try and compare units I have no idea
I think it depends on your grow space and exactly what youll be doing with it. I like the 300w lights. Multiples give me more coverage options than just one big light that locks me into the same footprint.

Affordable lights that have been doing amazing right now... Viparspectra Par600 LED

My plants absolutely loved them! I'm going to buy two more and run them all in my 4'x8'x6' tent.

I'm no expert as of just starting out but I did a lot of research into affordable LEDS and mars just seem to come out on top every time. Plenty of documented success. I had the same response from my local grow shop..."LED's are no good", "They don't do the job", they wouldn't even entertain the idea...I think its like when I first started DJ'ing in the late 90's everyone said i was cheating using CDJ's and not 1210's turntables.
I feel I have turned up in a very interesting time for growing where change seems to be taking place fast and some just don't want to entertain it because it does not fit into there view of growing.

Well it's not that they said leds are no good they basically wanted to sell me one that was about 3x the price it's hard to say they don't know what they are talking about, but part of me thinks they just want to sell the product they have but the price is outrageous..

Then I see the grows ppl are doing with mars are wicked...

Is it a Kind? The light that's 3 x the price? I am testing both a Mars Pro II 320 and the Kind K5 XL1000. Imo... I personally love the Mars. I loved it so much two weeks later I bought a second one. I know they have had issues in the past and here and there now. However my experiences have been great. I also noticed throughout the yrs here Mars has always addressed an issue. They don't ignore you.

The kind is a great panel. Its very in depth. The first two weeks of life on my plants under it have been amazing. Tbh I was skeptical and now I'm impressed. We'll see how it progresses. I'm sure it is superior in many ways but is it worth 3x the price? I'm sure even after a few successful grows I will still say no. Imo no light should be that expensive unless it comes with a gardener:pass:

One thing I can say... I've never had every single seedling praying to a light before the Roleadro! Maybe years ago with my bad boys I vaguely remember nearly all of them but this was a sight last night :smoking: The plants are happy. I'm happy! :smokeout:
