thrichrome is amber like that maybe 60% and so e is dark amber
i think the problem is the bud is ready and i have another room and the same place ( 18/6) maybe the flowering bud is not 100 % into the dark . so the light maybe swtich the bud to veg or somethung like that insee the trichrome is r eady

I think you need a better microscope, looks like light reflecting on clear trichomes. The trichomes on my photo that you pointed out are milky, not amber.
If you are seeing amber I would give it the chop. I have seen this before myself after buds have matured and all pistils gone amber the plants start to produce more fresh pistils. this isn't uncommon. it's as though the plants are giving a last ditch effort to grow.
