New Grower Dutch passions cbd auto compassion lime

I use coco with same pot but mine are called root pouches same thing as yours and canna line nutrients, will be switching to dutch pro next time round, I don't like the fact there wet for some time after watering, and I agree ignore my experience but @MedCzech Id say is right about the not feeding, plants need uptake in nutes even more so when in flower there in their prime and need uptake to produce flowers/buds and as much as they can take his advice all his comments have been spot on

I'm a fan a of a coco/perlite mix in fabric pots. Lots of drainage and plenty of air, makes overwatering pretty difficult and yes, you can certainly train them by using bulldog clips on the side. Not quite as stable but definitely does the job. They might need replacing every few grows or so but they're a pretty small investment for a good return so not much of bummer to replace every year or so. I'm on my third grow on this set and they're still going strong. Some are stronger than others but I prefer the slightly thinner ones as I think they offer better air circulation. The square ones are quite nifty as some of them have slots for bamboo stakes on the sides, no worries about stabbing your roots.

You need to never feed them just plain water until you are flushing them in the end, and even then there should be some finishing solution in that. You need to feed them every day bro, these are flowering marijuana plants that require daily upkeep. Leaving them five days is a huge risk.
Some guys feed their plants like four or five times daily and just dump the run off. I only feed one good time until 20 % run off every day myself, but at least daily for sure. You need to rig some kind of feeding system or get a helper who can feed those ladies like they need.

BTW, you can't really check run off in trays that have salts leftover, and you really don't need to worry too much about runoff, it will drive you crazy. Just feed and slowly increase until signs of nute burn and then back off 10 to 20% and you will be good.

Best way to avoid issues, is fed to run off and watch the plants, make sure to dump run off, and be disciplined. That works for all guys who do it as far as I know.

Hey Med, I've been under the impression water feed water is the way, but clearly Im wrong! I'll feed em every time from now on! Working with organic plant based nutes, so shouldn't need to do any flushing as theres no synthetics. Didn't flush on the last round and the bud was real tasty and smooth.

Unfortunately this is no holiday coming up, work trip with my wife for our family business. Have only lived here for 5 months, so don't exactly have anyone I can trust to come here and look after them. Its a situation I cannot avoid, so I'll just have to take whatever gets thrown at me. Having fun all the while, so happy all the same! The laws here are pretty precarious, 2 plants in soil is deemed illegal but not criminal, hyrdo on the other hand is a whole other story. Sadly the rules are some what up to the discretion of the police involved, and if they see some extreme watering system they may just think its hydro. Im very conscious of security and dont really worry that I'll be getting caught, but precaution is always worth keeping in mind especially as im a foreigner on a visa.

Was mostly checking run off out of curiosity, happy to see ph in range, but as you say, some what of a useless method. I never let the plants sit in run off, if trays are a bit manky I'll usually give them a clean over. Actually have an upside down drip tray in a drip tray as to avoid them sitting in it.

gonna go make a mix up to .5ec and make sure they get plenty. they got 0.4ec last time so dont want to drastically increase. Just to mention, my background ec is 0.
I reckon I'll be able to give them at least 3 litres if I work slowly before run off, so possibly 3.5-4 litres total each. Hopefully this will be enough to see them through to sunday, at least keep them alive at the very least.
Thanks again mate, always appreciate the advice

This afternoon they had 4 litres each again, ec0.7, ph6.3. Made up 10 litres with 15ml Vega, 15ml boost, 2.8rhizo, 2ml mammoth p.

No.1 has worked nicely on additional branching, buds getting a little thicker, in need of more a bit more lst.

No.2 had had quite some yellowing on her lower fan leaves, 2 of the lowest just about dead. Buds chunking up and frosting a little. Doesn’t seem to be any work going into side branching though. Still some clawing leaves.

Looks like I may have some issues on my hands. No.2’s yellowing and blotchiness has developed even further since feeding on Sunday. No.1 has slight yellowing but has also gone a bit droopy. Soil still moist and pots aren’t very light yet, so not sure what’s going on there. Wondering whether this is all due to under feeding? Here some pics

Any help appreciated, thanks guys

@Medimadness found a great chart for identifying issues on leaves.

It looks like it could be a fungal issue to me, but I'm sure someone who knows their stuff better than me will be happy to chime in.

Damn, hope it’s no fungal problem. Humidity isn’t too bad, gets high straight after a feed, but generally good, plenty of airflow inside tent and extractor is on full blast too.
I had a look at waira’s sticky thread and looks like either a cal/mag and or P deficiency. Medczech already pointed out possible p deff a week or two ago.
Wondering whether upping my feed will be enough or I’ll need to supplement, possibly add some Epsom salts to my next feed tomorrow.

Thanks for the lookin bro
