Mephisto Genetics Duckster does Mephisto

Day 53 for the SC. She's only about 7" tall, but she's got some nice frosty dense nugs. Keeping a close eye on her trics as it looks like she's getting close to being done. Hoping I get another 10 days for them to fatten up a bit more.

Thanks for dropping by FD. Yeah I should have known that I needed to flush the soil really good before putting it into the soil bin. Feeling like a wanker on that one. I have since taken all the soil from the bin and flushed it good.

As for the "arsenal of nutes", I was doing a modified version of one of Tang's earlier feed schedules. I have since read his most recent schedule that only uses about half of the stuff. I will adopt that as soon as I use up this stuff.

Hey glad to stop by and its always good to see a good grow come around and don't feel like a wanker man, no need for that. Its all about learning as you go, ya now?

I see what you mean on the nutes, saw something that worked why not give it a shot and see what comes of it. I just have never seen all of that gear before and was wondering.

Also looking at that plant you just posted i think you have a lot more time than 10 days. There are a lot of white pistils left on that girl, usually i like to wait until i see those at about 90-95% brown. Then most of the trics are milky and amber. To me she still has a lot of life left in her.

Day 53 for the DBC. She's only about 8" tall, but she's got some nice frosty dense nugs. A lot more than the SC but not as advanced . Hoping to get another 3 weeks to bulk up those buds. Starting to smell like pine if you brush up against them. The stems on the fan leaves are turning purple. Had read that some DBC do this and that some of the leaves may also take on a purple color. I assumed that was caused by the cold but I guess not because it is certainly not cold in my cab. It might get down to 70F lights out, but running both spectrums and the corn side lights can raise the cab temps as high as 90F.

Day 25 for the TXA. She's already up to 11". She is also a quick developer as she is already putting out pistols. Loving these Mephisto genetics so far. Quick developers, dense frosty buds, and wonderful smells. I going to have to try the DBC and SC on the next grow as my efforts this time did not do them justice. I know that I can do better.
A few of the pictures will not load so you'll have to settle for these.

Many thanks for the rep FD. Was a little worried that she would finish long before I thought she would. On past grows the trics didn't start to get amber until the pistols were about 50-50. This time amber trics are showing up but just a few amber pistols. Hoping your right. Will keep an eye on both. A bit of this :slap: for your help - thanks!

Cheers mate and thanks for the rep. It should be interesting to watch her finish, i really think you have more time and i hoping for that for you as well.

Looking great mate and you were thinking about culling them at one point, that DBC look like the same pheno that i got this time round and she looks to go longer than the fat cola girl from my first grow i am guessing 70-75 day based on the girl i got here, @medic grower is the pheno master when it comes to these as he is with many strains, a true pheno hunter ;)

Mitch told me to keep a eye on the trichs on Sour Crack as she can amber up quick once she gets started, but yours looks like its still got some swelling to do yet another couple of weeks i would say from the last pics of her.

TXA is gonna be a beast mate and reckon the other two are gonna just be out of the way in time, before she fills up your cab ;)

These are a few tric shots of the Sour Crack on day 56. She is a tight little bush, but I did manage to get some shots at the buds closer to the center of my little cabbage. I do this by shooting 2-3 minutes of video with the microscope and then I extract snapshots of the clearer footage. This is a mix taken from several location. Some have a clear-cloudy mix. Others seem mostly cloudy with a sprinkling of amber. I am assuming that the 10-20% number is based on the plant as a whole.
