Afternoon all, my babies have been in boxes drying now for a week. Can anyone advise as to whether I should now transfer them to jars for curing. Many thanks

Sounds like they should be well dry by now! ^_^

I'd give them a squeeze and see if they're cruchy on the outside. (hopefully they wont crumble in your fingers)
If you can get a stem and snap it (an audible "snap") - they're ready to be jarred.

I'd check them 24 hours lsater to make sure they havent become re hydrated - sometimes i need to pull the out of the jars for another drying day .. then back in.

You can get some bovedo 62% humidity packs to put in your jars - they're really good!

Hope this helps

Blue ^_^

After drying I cut them off branches and put in glass jar. Hygrometer shows 62%. Do I need open jar for couple minutes each day? Or after week? Month?
