Not sure why there is not more of a response in here about this. I would think most everyone knew about fridge drying. Google search lotus dry. That will give you some good results. There is a good post on ICmag about it.
I have not done it yet, but as soon as I can get a couple of nice mini fridges, I will be trying. Basically, you want low temps and low RH. The fridge already moves air in and out and keeps it cool and the RH low. The lower the temp, the longer the dry. Some people put them in paperbags because it helps it speed up a bit as the paper will absorb some moisture. If you have enough you are not in a hurry, I say lay them straight on the rack and let them go.
There are a few more things you need to do like moving them around so they do not get flat and making sure to not touch them for as long as you can. I have read on it a bunch. Can't wait to give it a try. The pictures of some peoples bud looks amazing.
