New Grower Dr. Frog's Think Different LED organic grow journal

Good work man. They look so fat that I would cut and hand the branches individually. Humidity is so high over here that I think you could get some mould if keep all together. Let her go for a bit until the soil gets dry.

Thanks! That's good advice about separating the branches. The soil is already bone dry.

Harvested!

Chopped my plant the other night and I have the branches hanging to dry. For such a small plant, she gave up some huge nugs!

Thanks Trapper50cal! It smells awesome. I'm so proud, haha!
:smoke:
I've already started my next grow journal! Another Think Different and an AutoBlueberry. Be sure to visit!

Link to new journal!

Smoked a sample from my harvest. I pulled off a small nug and warmed it in the oven until it was able to be smoked.

I haven't smoked in over 9 months, and I'm sure I'm biased when evaluating my first crop, etc. This Think Different is some of the strongest smoke I've had in years. It really lives up to its sativa heritage, which was exactly why I selected this strain. Talk about head high, I was playing Skyrim and could hardly focus on the quests I set out to do. I was way too interested in just walking and examining stuff. My girlfriend and I watched Futurama after another smoke and laughed our asses off at episodes we've probably seen a couple of times before.

All in all it's a very enjoyable high, and it was the specific kind of high I was seeking. It enhances pretty much everything! I'm glad I'm running another Think Different alongside an AutoBlueberry right now.

As far as the harvest, I've had the branches hang drying for about a week in front of a fan. The temps were constantly around 70-74, with humidity in the 45-60% range. With the stems being dry enough to snap, I've cut out individual nugs from the stems and placed them into jars to start the cure process. A few nugs were pressed together and had moist areas still. These were put back in front of the fan to dry more. The first couple of "burps" I give these jars, I'll empty out the buds and fan them a bit before capping again. Pretty afraid of mold haha.

Thanks Dutch Passion for making a strain that is fun to grow and even more fun to enjoy. Thanks for watching the show, everybody!

Nice Jars! Isn't there an unrivaled sense of emotional security in having a couple fat jars of nugs? :)

Will be following the Blueberry as it's a very interesting strain and is related to what my 2nd grow is going to be. :)

Dude, you know it! It's especially comforting as we've had ZERO ganja since moving to this location 9 months ago.

I'll be watching your grows too, homie.
