I have had a lot of practice on the quiche dish. What ever you want to use to add in the filling like bacon. ham, spinach or any. Bake the dough in the pan for about twenty minutes then add filling and bake again I use what cheese I have around.

Quick n dirty Eggs Benedict. Didn't have any sourdough english muffins so these were made on potato bread. I ended up having original with ham and couple were made Sunrise Benedict turkey with sliced tomatoes.

My own cookie recipe - Smokey's 420 snacks
  • 1 1/2 cups flour plain
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup almond butter OR oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or any spice you like
  • 1/4 teaspoon scant bicard of soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon scant of salt
  • 5 tablepsoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup walnuts crashed
  • 1/2 cup apricot cut up or sultanas, even apple would be nice
Oven at 180c - cook time around 15-20 minutes or till slightly golden as in picture

Combine all dry include apricot, or whatever you add, flours oats salt spices mix to combine

put egg, syrup, water, vanilla and stir well so is pretty consistant,

make a well and pour in center and combine it , add extra water if needed.

heaped tablespoon size balls flatted and put on baking tray either you can use oil or parchment paper to save cleaning
