I keep forgetting to take pictures of the stuff I've been doing this year already.
:shrug::doh: I just did a big picnic pork loin with a 14 hours slow smoke with homemade rub. With my homemade and neighborhood favorite Western Tex Mex Michigan hillbilly beans :cool1::fire: made with 2 pounds of beacon and some of the bark from the loin.
Also Just did 2 sides of ribs with the old ladies homemade rub. :glutton::pie:
I just keep forgetting to take pictures of food always taking pictures of weed:crying::crying::baked:
 
Gravlax :chef: Like all my dishes I do not follow the recipe to the word. Most of my recipes come from my culinary text books that cater to the 4 star restaurants.

One pot dish of cabbage, potatoes, smoked sausage drizzled with tomato and horseradish sauce. Oven roasted chicken, bake potato and asparagus. Fried rice and pot stickers. Then my one daughter birthday dinner of smashed chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy with bacon pan fried corn. The birthday cake is a cherry cheesecake dump cake.
