Thanksgiving brews and smoked turkey along with desserts
22lb turkey brined for 24hrs then spatchcocked before some dry rub and smoking for almost 5hrs. Came out juice and moist. But so much leftovers

Wife made some mustard brown sugar glazed ham to add to the thanksgiving leftovers

I’m now snacking on Jalapeño Bacon Ranch cheese ball and Dill Pickle n Cheddar Cheese Spread

So a first of it's kind Gluten Free Bakery opened near me. Far enough that I won't get fat or over carbed. I visited the second day they opened and was able to order Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Pea Protein Free, Sour Dough Bread. I picked it up today.

I am in heaven. True Sour Dough Bread. The Pastry Chef trained in France. I placed a standing monthly order. Yes it is expensive but so is weed
