The son ended up making dinner for us last night. The night before he made up the curry roux mixed up the spices and then put in fridge. Next day slicing beef roast and all the vegetables. He got to cooking and making the house smell good. Took him longer then he was thinking. But we had a great Japanese Beef Curry at the end.

Oreo Cheese with 1.5 party size bags
Bourbon, bacon, beer, onion, and pork smoked baked beans

Cherry + KJ charcoal smoked coffee and fennel rubbed pork shoulder with golden bbq finish like buent ends sorta.
Fuckin BOMB!!!
I also finished my rack with a Matrix GT1000FX 2U stereo power amp pushing 500w per side of Class A/B muscle into 4 ohms. She's a monster.
