@LordGreenWood inspired me to try a new recipe, Coq Au Vin. It is soaking and will not be cooked until tomorrow, but I will do my best to show off some yum yum lol Though I must admit I had to ad lib the bouquet garni just a touch due to a lack of local flair. I did manage to use bay leaves, tarragon, thyme, and parsley. I also used some some orange peel because it smells good in the wine, which I used a merlot, hopefully that was a good choice. I am obviously no expert on cooking this meal, but it already smells the bomb! Beautiful meals for beautiful minds. :pass::bighug::pass:

@Dr.Bubbles Nelson's Balcony is a thread for our fallen comrades. https://www.autoflower.org/threads/nelsons-balcony.16391/

Thanks brother he would appreciate that. He absolutely was fascinated with growing. He was a master within a year. He grew a Dutch Passion Auto Euphoria under a homemade "Autocob" style chandelier Citizen 1825 that we built with an active fan running at like 8,000rpm with enough torque to slice flesh badly , and a homemade 5 gallon DWC rig that he built from some plans. DO NOT touch the blades of that fan unless you wanna scream like a bitch. We both have. Also don't touch the ultrasonic head of an ultrasonic pond fogger for humidity. You will look dumb. That fucker got almost 2 pounds off that one 120 day Auto Euforia. These buds were the size of pineapples and there was a dozen of em. He turned me on to DWC as well as KAAAHBS or COBs as the rest of the world calls em.

I was misinformed about the date of the incident. It actually took place on Monday night, March 4th at about 1:30a.m. He was officially off his Nardil for 8 days. That should be criminal or at least a law suit. Seriously, you can't stop MAOIs cold turkey. He was so NOT suicidal. I'll admit he had his issues, but I spent the better part of an hour reading our conversations from the last 4 months. LOTS more to read. We had so many inside jokes...and he had a real good memory, and would remember the most obscure shit with perfect verbatim. We were so goofy together, we would make up words. And songs. Lots of HILARIOUS songs, as well as crazy cartoon voices. It's like the fucking stars aligned perfectly to create a shitstorm fucked up cause and effect loop, beginning and ending with that harlot.

He pocket dialed his mom twice that night...first one was just before 1:00am and then again at about 1:15. His mom said he was talking to someone and sounding distressed. She texted him back after the 2nd call to which he replied "Stop treating me like a fucking 12 year old." She asked if he was alright and he said ex girlfriend stopped by and changed her mind. HAS to be the girl from the psych doctor office.

Nobody called on the gunshot. This is crazy. That gun was a 5.56x45mm centerfire rifle...not exactly quiet and this place is full of people.

His mother called the staff to do a wellness check after he failed to return any texts Tuesday or Wednesday, and they found him. That was Wednesday. He was cremated this past Monday, one week later God rest his soul. Just wanted to set the record straight for anyone following along.

I went over to my boys house and he had this fucking purple indica weed that made me get psychedelic effects. I have been up for 48 hours straight, and it was so strong. I took a picture of it.

After I got home at about midnight, I decided to make some food for the first time in a week. I haven't even eaten for the last 3 days. Well, sounds like a perfect time for vertical burgers. So good.

THEY'RE called KAAAAHBS Joe's dad's stuff

Keep doing what you are doing @Dr.Bubbles I lost my dad 14 years ago to health reasons and the best medicine I have found for that loss in remembering the things that made them special, and sharing them with other people who can appreciate such things.:pass: :bighug::pass:

They look delicious! I am going to cheat and buy some to go with Coq Au Vin tonight, but those look like they would do just fine :smoking:
I also wrote about this. Better get some good pics. I assume that slab underneath is gonna get some kind of slow cooked or braised treatment with the red wine. Looks bangin so far.
