Wife has a 16lb turkey soaking in brine. Not sure what else she has planned to make for Easter dinner. I’ll be manning the Cuisinart phone app as she gets the smoker going and placing turkey on there. Thinking this will take around 3-4hrs spatchcocked at around 300f. I just hope the wind isn’t as bad as it was today outside.
 
I made a new batch of Mock Sour Cream using sheep yogurt. It is very good and more like cream cheese in consistency. I used a generous dollop on the veggies. Pan seared Pork Chop.

I fixed Mock cream cheese with a spring onion stuffed bacon wrapped chicken breast. Noticeably absent is the carbs. I have been eating too many lately so I must pay for the sins of the past. The salad is full of veggies and fresh lettuce from the garden.

That’s a cool tower. Bet something like that would work good for us out here now I’ll have to search some plans for making a couple.
 
Wife made some homemade bread trying to get it looking like a Easter bunny when finished. Had to turn down smoker some as it started cooking to fast. But then bumped it back up at the end when all rest was just about finished. Then the bbq baked beans is just vans pork n beans added fried up bacon, onions, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard heated to incorporate. Put in crock pot to stay warm. I wanted to get them on the smoker for extra flavor just nobody wanted them that way. Pan drippings since we left turkey on cookie sheet pan got made into gravy, red potato salad, pin wheels and spinach dip for the bread. Can’t forget fart power deviled eggs
