After the soil or coco is mixed with superfood it's recommended to let it rest in a closed bag for about 1 week, when filled into the final pot at the half bottom with 1/5 mix and the above half with 1/20 mix it lasts for 14 weeks, as it's designed for photoperiod canna plants!
So also long flowering sativas can be satisfied and in the case of upcoming defs the conentrated Superfood mix can be given on the top of the soilmix and just water it in.

Nah Cov, it's not complicated and i'll guide you how to use, have you read what i wrote? In the case of def signs top dressing can be done!
