at first i thought this thread was about weed

yeah it started pretty tight but tends to go on a bit of tangent at times. being as were all stoners in one way or another its got to be expected from time to time tho lol

just to get back to the subject lol.
after double checking im on day 52 now.
both plants are reacting very well to defol. another 15 or so leaves off today. stopped training for now and just opening them up by hand/leaf tucking as im drastically needing some more vertical growth. on the subject. i raised the light to 35" the other day and it turns out this is too high. gonna lower it to 32 and see how i get on. had the first signs of lightburn at 26" and wanted a stretch but apparently thats too far away. also since i started proper defol last week theyre feeding a massive amount more. they were going through about 100-120ppm a day between them. thats now up to about 200ppm! both the same colour now aswell wich is reasuring. between raising the light, adding the airstone and adding brassinolide theyre general health has improved so much. im changing res tomorrow though, should i start using my bloom nutes? @KushNFT @joke . only been flowering for 3 or 4 days. what yous reckon. anyone else feel free, just the only 2 i can mind that do nft.

I usually hang fire with bloom nutes until vertical growth stops, or at least has obviously slowed. Have you been noting the height?

theyre still only 13" lol. was 9" about a week or so ago. i'll leave it for now then. changing res every 10 days now so reconsider it then. you got any special ingredients you like to use during flower @KushNFT ? stuff i might not have heard of like the brassinolide ive just started using?

Nah mate, I just use base nutes in flower unless I go overboard with the pH down with a full res in which case PK boost gets used as a sort of pH up.

before defol.... 10 mins later once i'd defold.... then 4 hours after that. these things are fuckin nuts. chopped some more off now. 30 or so leaves today and shes still going mental. forgot to take my phone up last time so ill post results tomorrow : )

Murder is it not ,I spent about an hour doing defol today and same thing few hrs later they went fckng nuts,spread the branches out and adjusted the ties and they are now reaching straight up again ....mine look more like hedgerows[emoji111]

yeah thats what happens when you dont listen to people and put 2 plants in a system meant for 1 lol. its been an emotional journey thus far but i think ive got it dialed in now. should be twice this size at the same point next time now that i know a bit more of what im doing. been smooth sailing for a few weeks now so heres hoping : )
