Swampman may I offere little advice with your photographs. When you have the camera up close and use a flash, try putting a piece of masking tape (paper decoraters tape) over the flash . This will soften the light exposure and reduce glare reflected by the plant.
You may notice that the parts of the plant closest to the camera lens are, whereas the parts of the plant further back have good clarity. I am no expert photographer but iknow this trick helps, from own past grow and shows.
Also if you have a tripod it will reduce camera shake.

I think if you got the roots and mass to back it up, you can feed pretty heavily,... and in your case all dem 'crobes will take their share and hold them in cycle until later...
